Baked Apples

I finally made some baked apples that I love.  My mom always makes these apples and I decided to try making them, myself.  Luckily, my parents had a bunch of apples to spare from their trees.

Recipe:

12 small apples (peeled and cut)

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of cinnamon 

1 tablespoon of nutmeg

1 cup of brown sugar

Boil and then simmer on low fro 20 minutes.
