I finished Week 2 of my "Couch to 5K". For this week I had to complete three run/walks. This week's plan:
- 5 minute warm-up walk
- 90 second run, 2 minute walk (6 times)
- 5 minute cool down walk
AND, I do need to mention that I went to the gym on the days I wasn't running/walking (I had to add that in).
