Day 290

So True
I finished Week 2 of my "Couch to 5K".  For this week I had to complete three run/walks.  This week's plan:
  • 5 minute warm-up walk
  • 90 second run, 2 minute walk (6 times)
  • 5 minute cool down walk
It was actually pretty "easy" to do both physically and mentally.  The only tough day was when my allergies were flaring up...not easy to run when wheezing, eek! 

AND, I do need to mention that I went to the gym on the days I wasn't running/walking (I had to add that in).
